SKTA is an onsite training and consulting company specializing in instructor-led training,
consultation and coaching. We partner with organizations to help people improve the basic
leadership skills essential to business success: communication, writing, business etiquette,
facilitation, negotiation, problem solving, decision making, networking, performance
management and self-management, etc.

Sheila Krejci, founder
Sheila Krejci, M. Ed HRD , U of MN and HPI Consultant, (Human Performance Improvement)
specializes in training, consulting and instructional design. She has worked with professional
contributors, managers and directors in the health care, retail, education and public sector since
1981. Recognized as an inspirational speaker with a unique ability toinfluence participant
behavior, Sheila is sought out as coach and mentor to assist with performance issues and
individual and team performance interventions.

Sheila is an adjunct faculty of staff member at the University of Minnesota, University of St.
Thomas, Normandale Community College and other MNSCU facilities, and Dakota County
Business and Entrepreneur Institute. She is the former Director of Special Projects for the American
Society of Training & Development, (ASTD) and Twin Cities’ chapter, (ASTD- TCC), the
Minnesota Facilitators’ Network, (MFN), a Peer to Peer Coach, a Myers Briggs Type Indicator
facilitator, (MBTI), and Distributor and Trainer for Inscape Publishing’s DiSC™ Personal and
related Profiles.

Married, the mother of five boys and five grandchildren, Sheila weaves her unique and personal
stories into each workshop experience entertaining, motivating and facilitating her participants’
growth and development personally and professionally.
